- Virtually Seamless: Our original wood grain and marble stanchions are crafted from powder-coated aluminum. We then apply a sublimation film that imparts the desired wood grain or marble effect. This film is baked on at temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a virtually seamless and highly durable finish.
- Slight Seam: In some cases, depending on the design of the vinyl-wrapped stanchions, a seam may be visible. This seam will be strategically placed at one of the corners to minimize its visibility. Certain designs are more adept at concealing this seam than others, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance from all angles.
